The staff were really nice and helpful. We had some decent breakfasts. Our room got cleaned every day. And the location was super close to the city center and also near the river.

The location is almost waterfront and more or less central, 6 minutes' walk from Stenpiren, which is the nearest stop for bus, tram and waterbus. (You tap your card on boarding or buy an all-day ticket online). If you arrive by ferry from Kiel, you can take a waterbus from the ferry terminal to Stenpiren, which is nice. The city centre is about 10 minutes' walk from the hotel. The greeting was extremely friendly and my room (an upgrade) was pleasant and roomy. The window looked onto an inner courtyard, which meant that it was quiet. Altogether a pleasant hotel, considering that the price is moderate, at least in my case.

The hotel was in a fantastic location close to the centre yet near the port too as we were taking the ferry across to Denmark. The hotel was very quiet and the beds were pretty comfortable. Would highly recommend the breakfast as they have so much choice, I particularly enjoyed the bacon, scrambled egg and beans. We all absolutely loved Gothenburg and really hope to visit again in the future.

The location is amazing , it is beside stenpiren station beside the water with nice view. There were snacks all over the day the breakfast is good but I stay 16 days with same breakfast with no variety . They clean the room every day .

Great central location, surrounded by many attractions, cafes and shops. From the shuffle bus stop from Landvetter airport about 15 minutes walk (stop Kungsportsplatsen) to the airport by car about 25-30 minutes, it cost us about 45 EUR in the morning (4 am). In general, the staff is very helpful and pleasant, the breakfast selection is wide enough (the staff very kindly agreed to prepare a take away breakfast as we had to leave very early). Waffle batters are left in the kitchen every day from 4-9 PM, so you can make your own waffles. Coffee machine, juice, snacks (fruit and cookies) are freely available all day.

It literally had everything a person needed when traveling. Clean, centrally located and cosy. What we especially liked is how they took care of little details- candles lit at breakfast, nice music in the lobby, coffee and juice all day long, breakfast bags to go on our last day because of an early morning flight... but most of all the staff who were very knowledgeable and quickly dealt with every issue we had.

We stayed for two nights and the hotel was really great for us. Sure, the hotel is well aged (with all the interior and furniture) but the free coffee and waffles in the afternoon compensated for it. In some walking minutes you have the city center with restaurants and shopping. Parking is available some some minutes away as well (around 280 sek for a day).

Excellent location. Just 4 mins walk from tram station with excellent connectivity. Good size, clean room and nice bathroom. Amazing breakfast spread with live wafles. Very warm reception staff with excellent guidance for city tour and any queries you have. Special thanks to Hannah. She was amazing, warm, welcoming and recommended us to the excellent places to visit and for foods n pubs. Must visit. Excellent stay. And the price was really great for the services provided. Very happy. Would look forward to stay again in future

Great value for money :) Although there is no kettle in the rooms, free coffee, tea and juice are available 247 in the breakfast room. It's great that there is a microwave for hotel guests to use as well. The waffle making station is definitely a thoughtful touch. Was able to borrow an umbrella when it was pouring down out there. All in all satisfied stay :)

Very friendly staff, spoke English (as they always do in Sweden). Breakfast was very fresh and nice. Room and bathroom were clean. Main beds were VERY comfortable. They let us check in early which was a godsend for us with children.
